Drive on your own campus. Keep 100%.
If you're a student or staff member with a car or motorcycle, UniLift lets you earn from short campus trips on your own schedule.
How driving works
- Apply: sign in, choose your campus, submit the front of your student or staff card and your car details (plate, make, model, colour, year, seats).
- Get approved: an admin reviews your application. You are notified in the app.
- Go online: see open requests from your own campus, with the basic fare and the rider's proposed price.
- Accept or counter: accept the rider's price or send your own. If the rider picks you, you head to the pickup point.
- Get paid: collect the agreed fare in cash and confirm it in the app.
What you need
- A current student or staff card
- A car, MPV or motorcycle you are allowed to use

Driver questions
Who can drive on UniLift?
Students and staff of a listed campus with a car, MPV or motorcycle. You apply in the app with your student or staff card and your vehicle details; our team approves applications manually.
How much does UniLift charge drivers?
Nothing. UniLift takes 0% commission. You keep the whole agreed fare, paid in cash by the rider.
How do I set my price?
Each request shows a suggested basic fare and the price the rider proposes. You can accept the rider's price or counter with your own within a fair range. The rider chooses which offer to accept.
When is my location shared?
Only while you are online or on a trip. When you go offline, location sharing stops.
Am I allowed to carry passengers for a fare?
That depends on Malaysian transport and insurance rules. UniLift does not check this for you, so make sure you meet the requirements that apply to you before driving.
