Delete your UniLift account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Step 1. Open UniLift and go to Account.
Step 2. Choose Delete my account.
Step 3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You cannot delete your account during an active ride. Finish or cancel the ride first. If you signed in with Apple, UniLift also revokes the Sign in with Apple connection.

If you cannot open the app

Email us from the address linked to your account at support@unilift.my. We may ask you to confirm your identity, then delete your account within a reasonable time.

What happens to your data

Trip location history is deleted on its normal schedule (see the Privacy Policy). Deleted accounts cannot be restored; you can register again later as a new user.
